From Pool House Hostel, you can go to Tazumal Ruins, Ruta de las Flores, visit the amazing Santa Ana Volcano (also known as Ilamatepec), have a nice day in Lago Coatepeque and much more! We have tours available for a very reasonable price and also information on how to get to all the nicest places, if you want to do it on your own.
And last but not least, we are only 10 minutes away from the best Pupusas (the national food) you will have in El Salvador! :)

We have (very good) coffee and tea available for free during the whole day.

We have a new location so for the moment we dont have a pool :(

We are close to the central park of Santa Ana, where you will find the Cathedral, a lot of handcraft and local food, Museo de la Moneda and Parque Triangulito, a food centre.

Pool House Hostel in Santa Ana offers a welcoming, home-like atmosphere with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Guests love the cute resident animals and the well-equipped kitchen. Very nice Hostel, with a cute kitchen, nice cool pool and some cute house pets. The owners were really friendly and they have a clear board with information about busses, activities, food recommendations etc. We also rented a scooter with the hostel, it was great compared to other scooters we had rented before. The only downside was the busses that drive through the street next to the hostel but with some earbuds we had no trouble sleeping because of this. Definitely would recommend staying here

Great location only a couple of blocks from the cathedral. Clean, quiet. No ac but fan in the room. There is a little kitchen you can use. Also a pool. They have lists of things to do and places to eat. Plus a taxi man who i used. Not a very social hostel but that's what i prefer. Oh and cute pets. A dog and 2 cats. The little black cat is so friendly.

We enjoyed Pool House - pool was clean and small - we really enjoyed having a dip in the heat of Santa Ana! Good location, lots of information from staff about how to get around and what to do. Rooms & bathrooms were small but fine.
