The hostel is modern, very clean, it even has an elevator. Which left me indignant that because of how expensive it is they are not even able to give a towel or coffee for free. I have been traveling for 9 months and for hostels they gave me a towel, coffee, and water for 10% of the value of the hostel. It's unfortunate that with how expensive it is, they charge you for basic products.

Excellent place to stay if you are looking for a non party hostel. The hostel is a short 3-5 minute walk to the Ueno station. Ueno station has all 4 JR lines and 2 other local lines. Transportation was always a breeze from here.There is staff 24/7 in the lobby. Has laundry facilities with 4 washers and dryers. Has a Vending machine, refrigerator, hot/cold water filter, and a microwave and rice maker for food. Multiple 7/11/family mart within a 5 minute walk as well. Plus you have Ueno park close

Location was a-ok. Closed to Ueno station. Close to Family Mart. Toilet's clean. Can leave luggage before check-in and after check-out day. Free water filter drinking water at the lobby. Room's concept was better than what I was expected but it tends to get hot in the capsule bed, therefore i need to open up the curtains a little bit.
