The bathrooms were flooded and there was no toilet paper or hand soap. We found hair in our beds. Receptionist barely spoke English. The breakfast was just coffee and a few pies in wrappers. We booked a 4 bed dorm but ended in a 20 bed dorm

after a long wait at reception, i was told my private room was double booked. 3 others were told the same thing. i had to wait for almost an hour for them to find an alternative - without much apology. eventually a dorm pod bed became available (idk how). i was taken, after paying full price, to a dorm that smelled strongly of toilet cleaner. the pod was dirty and was unpleasant to be in. ive stayed in a lot of hostels, this is up there as the worst experience ive had. shouldve read the reviews
