Lots of ego from the girl at the front desk while dealing with her on day one. I had to ask for clean sheets, the ones given to be were already used, the blankets don't get washed for weeks so I didn't use it. The cleaning lady barged into the door early in the morning while I was obviously getting dressed, she didn't knock, she saw me getting dressed and stood by the door upset that me and the other ladies weren't out of the bathroom so she could clean it, no one told us she was coming so we wo

The location is bad! It is a dirty street full of homeless and poop everywhere! My room didn’t have A/C and there was a big hole in my wall. The place it is dirty even I saw a huge rat inside. I didn’t feel safe at all

Well I emailed them about late check in and they said they would arrange it for me. But when I got here I called the whatsapp number to get in and no one picked up. Luckily another guest opened the door for me. Once I got inside I tried to contact the number on the front desk for late check in, no one picked up. I was unable to check in and had to sleep on a couch in the common area with the lights on and another persona who was also unable to check in.
