After getting my booking confimation. We arrived and were told that they were full and that we couldn’t stay. This also happened to the 2 other groups we were staying with. Without their help we found a new place to stay nearby where we had a great time. Their excuse was that they had forgotten their email password so couldn’t check if we actually booked. Wouldn’t recommend

Booked private room online and on arrival they had gave our private room away so was given a dorm bed, not the end of the world but no apology. The building is very open so if you need a quite night not great but if you want a party and plenty of rice wine it's perfect. In the morning they would not accept that I had paid a deposit when booking the room and this was resolved 20mins later when every man and dog had discussed it.
