I honestly don’t understand all the good ratings for this place. The energy is just weird. All the animals outside are disturbing and some of them don’t look well, the common areas are gloomy, I had a weird encounter with a guy during my first night and the reaction of the staff was a bit disappointing.
It wasn’t super clean either. I was lucky that I met nice people in the beginning otherwise I would’ve left after the first night.

Beds are comfy and the roof terrace / common area was nice. We liked that the beds had curtains, and the shower was good and plenty of hot water. Most of the rooms are contained in the main building but ours opened directly outdoors and the door didn't close properly. There are also caged birds / animals which made us feel quite uncomfortable & was noisy. Staff were friendly but the price for laundry was very high. Overall not bad but not the best.

Probably one of the best hostels I've stayed in India! Staff very cool and helpful, quiet and peaceful at night, very nice rooms and great location!
