The most dilapidated hostel i have seen in South America. The pictures are misleading.

Room in unsanitary conditions. Mold on the wall. There is no window. Air conditioning doesn't work. Terrible mattress and bedding. Bad bathroom. There are no events held by the hostel. Everything in this hostel is bad. I've traveled all over the world and this is the worst hostel, I can confirm.

The hostel is well located, downtown in Lapa with a closed secured door and a 24/7 reception. However, apart one of them, staff seems pretty annoyed to be there, although everybody was quite nice. The main problem to consider is that rooms are extremely small. We booked a 6 beds dormitory and there was not even a 2 or 3 square meters to move in the room. It let a impression of oppression, since it was practically impossible to stand at 2 or 3 at the same time in the room.
