It was big stains on the beds and linen, the toilets were never cleaned even though it was puke and poop all over. And rats running in the hallways. The room was 40° with only one little fan for 6 people, I would only recommend staying here for one night. Two of the staff were nice though

Worst experience I've ever had in a hostel!! When I got there (11pm) I had to wait for 30min just to tell me the hotel was fully booked even though I had the confirmation email. The manager called another hostel which I didn't see and which I HAD TO PAY. She gave me money for the uber that wasn't enough and the worst part is that in the other hostel they told me that wasn't the first time that Ilvero sent them people for the same reason.
