Had to leave as a guest was threatening to burn down the hotel, management only offered a new room (how does that help?) refused to refund remainder of the stay, they were aware of the guest causing issues and didn't kick him out, only after i had left and had to book a hotel somewhere I felt safe. Girl at reception was nice but the manager needs to be replaced ASAP

Very clean and well-run capsule hostel. Very good service and very clean capsules and shower and toilet facilities. Also very good security with keycards for all doors. REMEMBER to arrive before 9 pm when the reception close and so do all doors. This was on Friday and Saturday, I am not sure if it is the same on weekdays. Enjoy :)
