XPai is one of the best hostels Iâ€™ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The location is great, close to waterfalls and town. The pool is clean and deep enough to really swim. Furthermore, the hostel manager Tammy is a great host, cook, and everything else. She provided great advice on activities and helped create a friendly environment at the hostel. She went out of her way to help me out and make sure I was doing okay when I got food poisoning.

Pool was green, but our room was clean. Stayed in the dorm for the first night & then upgraded for a private after. Was happy with both. Only bad thing was that we got â€œkick-outâ€ last minute of our room on the last day because it has been double booked. Error happens & we got refund, but no compensation was offered and we had to re-book the rest of our stay
