This was my 1st hostel and was only staying for 1 night. Bad experience due to the fire alarms going off early morning at around 6ish-7am saying to quickly head down “not a drill”. I quickly put on clothes and headed downstairs (7th floor) outside in the cold (32 Fahrenheit). I’m from the tropical and never seen snow, this was extreme for me. Those from my floor and up look confused, why? Because it was a false alarm and the staff in the lobby didn’t even know the alarms were going off.

Amazing place to stay! Staff is the complain, guys from the reception are very rude and impolite! Hostel should hire better people to work as the structure of the hostel is amazing!
