Lazy staff who are unable to fix their own mistakes on the website.....it says breakfast included which apparently ended in 2020. The kitchen cutting board is covered in black mold, all pans are scratched horribly, small black hairs on pillow cases upon arrival, no hot water for showers and no WiFi in our dark tiny private room. It was the most expensive hostel and the most disapointing.

This is a great little quiet hideaway in the middle of all the action. If you really need some privacy, they have micro-sized cabanas that are very reasonable depending on when you book. The first 2 weeks of January will be more pricey. It's very basic- like camping, but with a bit more privacy. Expect some mosquitos, but it's a fun change from typical hostel dorms. Be aware, there can be noise from the party hostel next door on weekends. Also a great place to rent a bike. Karla is great!

GOOD STAFF, BUT NOT SECURITY ON THE ENTRY AND ALSO NO SECURITY ON THE ROOMS. ANYONE WHO VISIT THE ROOFTOP FROM OUTSIDE THE HOSTEL CAN EASLY GO INSIDE THE ROOMS BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ANY KEYS. THE BREAKFAST ITS A LIE, AND THEY SHOULD TAKE OUT THIS FAKE SERVICE FROM FACILITIES. VERY DIRTY EVERYTHING, SINCE KITCHEN, TOILETS AND ALSO THE POOL. THEY JUST HAVE 4 TOILETS AND 4 SHOWER FOR MORE THAN 60 PEOPLE . IT WAS JUST GOOD STAFF, BUT THE REST IS NOT FEAR FOR THE PRICE .
