Property Description
Built on a sprawled land overlooking the green hills of Mussoorie and housing umpteen jungle trails, streams, and mini waterfalls, Zostel Plus Mussoorie is high on solace, aesthetic charms, and having a good time with fellow backpackers.
The common areas consist of a bonfire area, a veranda decorated with benches for the hill-view, and a vintage room with a wooden swing board, a tennis table, and board games. The highlight though, is the colorful and cosy Hobbit House for a community kitchen, where you can eat or cocoon and work. A separate in-house café takes care of your orders, whereas the vibrant reception tastefully made with wood, stone, and mud entertains all your requests.
The dorm rooms are tremendously spacious and naturally lit, with rustic and minimal brick interiors, interlocked woodwork, balconies, and glass-wall sections for the view.
Cancellation policy: 5 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the total amount of your stay.

I have been travelling solo for the past 10 years, but this is hands down one of the best hostels I've stayed in. Location and property are beautiful. Property manager Sachin is very talented in keeping the crowd engaged with fun activities and sessions. This place now feels like home and I ended up staying for more than a week. Cannot wait to be back here.

Zostel Kempty is an absolute bliss to be at. The picturesque location and the actual feeling of being amidst nature is truly magical. The other best part apart from the location is that the cafe does serve good authentic north indian food. Although options are limited but a very good food with neither heavy spices nor too much oil/ butter. The only drawback is unstable internet connection and poor WiFi setup. Setting up signal boosters in different corners might do the trick.
