Standard is not our thing, so we created a place like our own home. Seven exclusive tailor-made rooms, that transport you to a different time.The free wi-fi is excellent and the super-staff has lots of great tips to make the most of your stay.
Guests have a daily breakfast. The fully-equipped communal kitchen is also available for those wishing to prepare their own meals and a pic-nic near the river. Or just have dinner in several local restaurants, maybe try the Ribeira Market.
The historical Chiado is 9 min walking and has several shops and historical cafés. Bairro Alto, also. Train to Cascais and the beach is a 5 min walking distance.

The location was great, but it is run more like an Airbnb. You must pay cash or etransfer. The shower mount was broken, so it had to be held whilst washing. They do not have functioning laundry, unlike what their site said. Someone “helped” me start the washing machine and told me it was working, but the machine never started. A different staff member later told me it hadn’t been working recently. Overall very clean, but there were some ants in our room. All day breakfast was very convenient.

I had a very wonderful stay in Lisbon Calling. It is in a wonderful and very central location. The staff was very informative and communicated in a very timely manner. I very much recommend this place to anyone.

Great spot. Very private and cozy. Rooms and decor are very cool! Comfy beds. Great kitchen! Everything you need. Very close to everything.
