Payment Policy:
- After the free cancellation period: payment of the first night through payment link to our secure payment gateway. In case of non-payment, the reservation will be cancelled
- Remaining balance payable with credit/debit card or in cash upon arrival

- A deposit of 10 Euros is requested upon arrival only with credit card (cash is not accepted) as this amount is pre-authorized on your card (it is a withholding and not a charge) and this withholding expires automatically after the period of 8 days

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to 4 days before check-in
- The guest will have to pay the total amount of the first night in case of a late cancellation or No Show

- Reception from 11:00 to 16:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00 (Reception closed from 16:00 to 18:00)
- Check- in from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00 (Late check-in available upon request)
- Check-out before 11:00
- No curfew
- Silence is requested after midnight
- Pets are not allowed
