Property Description
Waterlane Island Hostel is located in the heart of Gdansk. Located just above the Motława River, it has six modern, atmospheric rooms with a designer common area. Each room has a private bathroom and TV. In the common area, guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, books, board games, maps and a large wooden table surrounded by colourful chairs, which is the heart of this place. In addition, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi, gym and roof terrace with a beautiful view of Gdańsk.

Cancellation policy: 3 days (72h) before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 15:00.
Check out before 11:00.
We have 24 hours security, they also can give key to a room, so check in is possible 24h.
Reception is open 14:00-19:00.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. The hostel may pre-authorise your card before your arrival.
Taxes included.
Breakfast not included.
No curfew.

Swimming pool area and roof top are great selling points. But everything else 👎. Greeted by the apt security guard who doesn't speak English. He shows you to the elevator and then you're on your own. No staff on sight until morning cleaning staff arrive. no paper towels in kitchen or bathrooms. kitchen didn't have a sponge at one point of my stay and dish washer was full so dishes piled up and bugs were buzzing around. beds are awful, you can feel the springs. Ok for 1 night but no more.

The hostel looks as beautiful in real life as in pictures. Great location. Very clean. I've not scores it high as the water in jacuzzi & pool was too cold. Jacuzzi should have at least 38 and this was 34 and pool 30! Pressure in showers was terrible so took a while to wash off hair shampoo. Other thing was smoking area must have been underneath my dorm, which was disappointing.
