Dudhsagar Plantation

Spacious cottages set in a verdant 50 acre property on the fringe of Mollem National Park. The cottages are located in the midst of a tropical palm garden, surrounded by exotic plants, loads of birds and butterflies.

There's an in house nature trail at the plantation, or you can stroll to the nearby river on a neighborhood walk; the area is great for birdwatching. The property is also a good base to explore the sights of the Dudhsagar Region: the popular Dudhsagar Waterfall, lesser known but equally exciting Tambdi Falls, an ancient Shiva temple in Bhagwan Mahaveer Wildlife Sanctuary, a prehistoric rock carving site, portuguese era colonial mansions and the dam and botanical garden at Salaulim.

Transportation and a guide for hikes can be arranged. We are happy to arrange excursions and also conduct Spice Tours at the property.

1. Cancellation policy: non refundable, in case of trip cancellation due to Covid related restrictions, we will issue a voucher for a stay within one year's time.
2. Check in from 14:00 to 20:00.
3. Check out before 11:00 noon.
4. Bookings are fully prepaid, payment by bank transfer/UPI/GooglePay.
5. Reception working hours 09:00-20:00.
6. Age restriction: 18+.
7. Taxes included.
8. Breakfast is included.
9. No pets, no noise/loud music, no parties.
10. Quiet time is 20:00 - 7:00.
11. The property requires prepayment. Once guests make the reservation, the balance due will be auto charged by the property.
12. All bookings are strictly non-refundable. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the full booking amount.
