We booked city hub through Hostelworld a few weeks prior to arriving. We had traveled all day with our 5 month old baby and were tired.
When we were to check in a staff member asked how old the baby was. We told him his age and he said that they only allow children from 4 years and up. He said that it was the policy of the hostel.
We were chocked. We asked to speak to a supervisor but was denied. Nowhere did it mention this in the booking process. We had to find a new hostel to a higher price.

Clean, quiet and cosy. We had all we needed to enjoy a wonderful weekend away. Just wanted to say thank you to all staff, especially Daniela, who went out of her way to ensure we had the best experience in Copenhagen. thank you

My only beef with this hostel is the distance from city center and it was cold outside. If the weather were nicer, the walk to the metro station would be no issue. Other than that, one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed!!
