Gracia City by Arc House

Visiting Gracia City by Arc House, you will stay in a lovely hostel in the Gracia District.

We offer a variety of rooms; private doubles, mixed and female dorms, all equipped with everything necessary for the comfort of our travellers: comfortable beds, big lockers & clothes hangers. All our rooms are air-conditioned and covered with free high-speed WIFI.

We have a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with TV, stereo, books & magazines where you can spend a calm evening after a long day of exploring Barcelona city.

Cancellation Policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the total amount

Group Booking:
Bookings of more than 3 beds/rooms are considered as a Group and have special conditions. A non refundable pre payment of the 50% of the total amount will be charged when the booking is made.
If you to cancell or modify it you have to do it until 15 days before check in to avoid paying the total amount

Our Rules:

-We require a valid payment card in order to confirm your booking. The name on the card must match the name on the booking otherwise the booking won't be valid.
- Clients under 18 years old are not allowed to stay with is. We are a youth hostel recommended for young people between 18 and 40 years old
- Making parties, smoking, drinking alcohol or doing drugs is not allowed. You will be charged 50 euros penalty
- Keycard must be returned at check out. In case of losing it you will have to pay 25 euros
- If you use a different bed than the one assigned, you will be charged a 20 euros penalty
- If you want to leave food in the fridge, it must be labeled with room and bed number and check out date, to avoid been thrown away. Remember that it is essential to clean everything you use in the kitchen.
- For security reasons, don't open front door to anybody without a keycard. In case your bed or room is occupied by a non guest you will be fined with 200 euros
- In case rules are broken your booking will be cancelled with non refund policy

Cancellation Policy

- Remember that your booking will be fully charged 48hrs before your check in date, so if you want to cancel it or modify it, you can do it free of charge until 48hrs before check in date.
- For bookings of more than 3 beds you have to know that the prepayment is not refundable. To avoid paying the rest of the booking you can cancel it up until 15 days before check in day. In case you booked more than 10 bed/room you have to cancel 30 days before check in day.
