More than just a place to stay, our historic building, awarded with Qualmark 5 star silver sustainable business award, is the preferred stop for travelers and young adventurers wanting high quality, affordable rooms, a great vibe and our million-dollar harbour views. We offer accommodation for the solo traveler, the holiday maker and groups. We have a great variety of rooms available from shared dorm rooms to private rooms both with shared facilities or with ensuite bathrooms and we even have our own section suitable for groups up to 30+ where you have your own lounge, kitchen and bathroom facilities.

We also offer our guests help with finding local and seasonal jobs to save up for their travels.

CHECK IN: 2 pm - 9pm.
All guests require $20 deposit for keys, photo ID and Credit Card Details on registering into the hostel.
Please make sure you ALL have this to avoid disappointment.
In case of early arrival, we can store your luggage and you are welcome to hang out in our lounge while you wait.
Late check-ins till midnight are available on request.

CHECK OUT: 8am - 10am.

Our office is open 8am to 9pm daily.

PAYMENT:
The property will charge the total amount of the booking 3 days before arrival, except in the following cases, where non-refundable payment will be taken at the time of booking:
• Summer peak season (24th December - second Sunday of January)
• Major Festivals: Juicy, One Love, Bay Dreams, etc
• All public holidays

BOOKING FEES: A 2.5% surcharge will be added to ALL bookings paid by debit/credit card. To avoid the surcharge, please pay by bank transfer (contact the hostel for bank details).
In case your card is not valid, the property will contact you asking for new card details. If you don't provide the details within 24 hours, the property is entitled to cancel your booking.

CANCELLATION and NO-SHOW policies: Free cancellation 3 days before arrival
72hrs Cancellation Policy (EXCEPT summer peak season (24th Dec - second Sunday of Jan) - Big festivals (Juicy, One Love, Bay Dreams etc...) - All public holidays - where non-refundable payment will be taken at the time of booking and special terms apply)
If your plans change, please call us to cancel or amend your booking at least 72 hours prior to 2pm on your day of arrival. We charge for the full amount if cancelled with less than 72hrs notice. No refund will be given, should you alter your reserved dates or leave for any reason before your reserved departure date.

All guests during the summer peak season period must be 21+ years of age to stay.
