Resa Patacona is located in Alboraya, Valencia, only 300 meters far from Patacona beach and 700 from Malvarosa beach. It is also surrounded by restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, bars and other services, and only a few minutes far from the University Campus.
It offers brand new acclimatized and soundproof rooms with private bathroom, fridge and free WIFI connection. It also offers studios with a private fully-equipped kitchenette. Some rooms and studios have sea views. All the rooms have towels and sheets, some rates include cleaning and breakfast service. We inform you that our free breakfast service is served in our cafeteria from 7.30am until 9.30am from Monday to Friday, and from 8am until 10.30am on weekends and bank holidays.
Resa Patacona has brand new facilities: outdoor pool, cinema/TV room, living areas, coworking rooms, study rooms and fitness room. It also offers a self-service laundry and 24-hour reception. It is an excellent option for people wanting to travel to Valencia and to enjoy a relaxing stay close to the seaside with all the comfort.
The opening times of our seasonal pool is from 1st June until 10th September, from 10am to 2pm and from 5pm to 9pm. Finally, we inform you that the swimming pool will only be available for our guests until check-out time, because of limited capacity.
Resa Patacona Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. We also have Non Refundable policy in some rates.

Lovely apartment hotel, very clean, very helpful staff and a great location. I thought the breakfast was very poor, no variety, same choice every day, ran out of yoghurts frequently, coffee was cold. I was told I would have a fully fitted kitchen, but I didn’t have a kettle, a toaster or an iron, there was a lack of pans and cutlery, I had to buy my own knife for slicing 🤷â€â™€ï¸.

I reserved a private room and it was definitely not clean. There were stains all over the floor it was very outdated. The bathroom smelled awful. It was a very dingy vibe. Would not recommend.

Not a hostel, more a hotel / student accomodation. Its quite far from the city centre but right beside beach. The room was booked for 2 people and while it had a double bed,it kinda didn't fit two people, bit of a tetris game moving around room.The toilet is also quite squished, right up against wall then other side sink directly against it. There is a fridge which is a bonus.
