Fantastic in every way and if I return to Baños, this is the place I want to be. This feels like a ecolodge, not a hostel. There is no kitchen but the food prices are very reasonable. It is outside of town and nestled in the forest between a number of amazing hikes and waterfalls. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I booked this place but never ended up staying here. The reason, after i booked, i noticed on the website they were stating that they pretty much hate men! I couldn't believe it! It was enough for me to book somewhere else! I don't need this negativity while I'm seeing the world!

I love Mama Tungu, great place to relax. Staff is superfriendly, the place is very clean. It’s a bit far from the city centre but you really can enjoy nature here. I immediately felt at home. Only negative point, there is no kitchen.
