The pictures are NOTHING like the real deal. Sorry but this place is a catfish. Looked like a homeless shelter. The staff were AMAZING. Carried my suitcase up a lot of stairs but honestly we slept on a mattress on the floor it was bad

I am really sorry to leave a review for this hostel because even though I was only one night (thankfully) the owner made me an incredible tenderness. Seems like a good person forced to be in there. Blue Bells Hostel was the worst hostel I've ever stayed in so far, no cleaning, hair and other dirt in the showers. We slept on a mattress thrown on the floor, the floors are rotten.
Atmosphere? This hostel is mostly frequented by tourists, which is already a lot if they look you in the face, let alone say hello. Watch out for the bathroom doors as they may fall out at any moment.

What we booked was not what we received AT ALL!! The manager let us leave our baggage there during the day, before the check-in hour, so we appreciated it. But when we got our beds we got something completely different to what we had booked (4 beds in a room of 4, 6 beds in a room of 6 and a family room). We had 3 beds in one room, 4 beds in another room of 6, and then they put MATTRESS on the floor for the 3 people left, between the bunk beds!! Dirty and ridiculous pillows, threatening owner..
