Every room at our hostel has air conditioners, comfortable seating area, book shelf, shoe cabinet, private lockers, refrigerator and a private bathroom. The beds are spacious (1.2m*2m) with high quality mattresses, fitted sheets, blankets and pillows. Private light, foldable table, curtain, sockets and attached hooks are equipped for each bed. Hair dryer, slippers, shampoo, toiletries are provided for free. Towels is provided with minimal fee.

Was given a sheet and a pillow that had not been washed. People had s*x in the bed above me multiple times. Terrible experience even for the price.

This was a really nice place, great location and a comfortable bed. The reason for the 5 star review is the staff. They are really are something else! Super helpful and kind and very good English speakers. They helped with tour booking for Ha Giang loop, and made sure that we had the nicest trip throughout the entire tour! They also completely saved us when we arrived back to Hanoi in the middle of the night! Our biggest recommendation to the EcoStay hostel!
