Most of the staff were amazing. The hostel is well kept and rooms are clean with a good social area and kitchen. Senterio, I think his name was, was always ready to help and very proactive.
There was just one girl at the reception who was somewhat snooty and acted annoyed when I asked her questions and gave me uninterested attitude and vague directions when I asked for help on directions in the city. But she seems more of an exception, as everyone else was nice.

overall its OK, but there was a bugs in the kitchen, the staff was nice. the lockers in the room are really HIGH and you cant get your stuff comfortably and safe.

Great hostel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lockers are big but you do need a big padlock as the loops you put the padlock through are thick. Would definitely stay there again!
