"After the property receive your confirmation booking, we will send you the email/call to collect the prepayment for 100% in advance to confirm the booking, if we did not receive your pre-payment 3 day in advance, your booking will be cancelled. make sure you contact number is updated while booking." For international guest we request them to write a email in case you're unable to make pre-payment.

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay. -All bookings made during 15th December to 15th January are non-refundable, hence excluded from this cancellation policy.

Check out before 11:00 AM.
