Cannot fault this place. The vibes are incredible, the staff are the best, immediately felt like home as soon as we arrived. In fact, we had a hostel booked in the centre of Tamarindo, arrived there, missed ONDA so much, and so cancelled that and got an Uber back to stay another 3 nights! The location is remote but this is exactly what we were after, as the beach is so quiet and clean. The food is also amazing and the dorms are clean and luxurious. The dogs are also a bonus!

Had a wonderful time staying at ONDA, on-site bar/food and excellent WiFi to get a little work done. Mario, the manager, was very responsive via email and even let me check in early! Renee, Esteban, Julia and Shawny at the bar crushed it-they did a great job behind the bar as well as being very helpful with all things in the area!

I had a wonderful experience at ONDA - I stayed in the female dorm for 4 nights. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. It had a very familiar atmosphere, I felt immediately welcomed and even made friends. I highly recommend staying at ONDA - will definitely come back!
