Unpleasant. Smoke alarm beeping every minute outside my room for whole time I was there. Serious mould around shower plug hole (bleach, anyone??!). Lights not working. Curtain doesn’t cover window and bed completely overlooked by higher apartments opposite. “Breakfast included†served off an industrial catering trolley in cramped hallway - and measly breakfast only half available anyway. ‘Garden’ pathetic. Staff friendly. Bed excellent - comfy & clean. And £80 for the privilege! What a con!

This was a good stay, location was brilliant and rooms were good. Place lacked an atmosphere or a buzz and seemed to be more of a chilled out hostel with mixed range of age. The rooms had suffice showers although the locks were a bit questionable.

I think the properties alright, good location, nice lockers. Wasn't a fan of the smell of the showers though and when I was there the hostel could've been cleaner though I imagine it's not usually as dirty as it was when I happen to be there.
