Property Description
We are perfect for tourists, backpackers and digital nomads who are looking for the authentic hostel experience as well as a solid home based to relax or be productive. We offer multiple options for dorms; female only and mixed, personal private rooms to serve as offices, and larger private room to function as studios. Every room is filled with a special art style to pay homage to the culture of Chiapas while incorporating several different styles of art both modern and ancient. Cleaning services are available daily.
13 Cielos Hostel Terms & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14:00 to 22:00 . Check out before 11:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash only.
Taxes not included - 16% VAT 2% City Tax
Reception hours 8:00am to 22:00.
Pets are allowed for 100 pesos more per night in the private room.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.

One of the nicest Hostel experiences I've ever had. Clean everything and such an amazing space. Seriously though the friendliest staff and guests I've had the pleasure to meet. 10000k percent recommended.

This hostel is super well located, in a central and safe area of San Cris. As a solo traveler girl, this was super important to me. The staff working there is super friendly, they will give you all the tips you need to make your stay in San Cris unforgettable :-) totally recommended! thank you!

Breakfast was supposed to be at 8:30 am
Nothing was ready at 9:15 am when I had to leave to my tour, bed was stinky and uncomfortable, co working sera was nice, and staff was friendly, other than that it was not nice, maybe just my stay there
