Our Smart Hostel is located in the heart of San Sebastian. It is only 5 minutes from the beaches of La Concha and Zurriola and 3 minutes from the Old Town or El Buen Pastor Cathedral.
Colo Colo, The Smart Hostel, offers private beds to guarantee maximum privacy and comfort for our guests, we call them Casitas. Each Casita is equipped with the latest technology and sleeping equipment: tablet and headphones, 100% cotton bed linen, carefully chosen mattress and pillow, and a locker with a smart lock. These individual spaces are located in our shared sleeping area and will make you rest and recharge your batteries in the best possible way.
In the Agora common area you can connect with other travellers while sipping the best free unlimited coffee. In addition, we will provide you with the best routes and recommendations so you only have to worry about enjoying the moment.

Hostel rules
-Check-in is open from 14:00
-Check-out until 11:00
-Reception is open from 10:00 to 18:00 and security and video surveillance operates 24 hours a day
-The lights in the sleeping area are switched off at 00:00, we value silence and the good rest of our Citytrotters
-The Agora common area will be closed from 00:00 to 08:00
-Free WI-FI throughout the Smart Hostel
-It is important to keep the consumption of food and non-alcoholic beverages inside the Agora and not in the casita and/or sleeping area
Colo Colo Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 5 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check out before 11.00.
Payment upon arrival by credit card.

Fine hostel but very pricey for what is offered. The 22 bed room is very crowded and smells bad. The little casitas have very bad circulation of air when you have the shade closed. They also charged me for the room before I even check in which had never happened before for me.

The room and pod beds are really nice. They even left a welcome note and choccy on the bed. There are drawers at the bottom of the beds, but not lockable, however they have lockers downstairs which does make it better to reduce noise in the room. Facilities are good, however, there’s only a microwave in the kitchen for cooking. The internet was not very good in the room.

The location is really great, though dont get fooled, i rented a bed in a room that was listed as a 6 person room, it was not. I was a big dorm with like 25 people which i did not enjoy. Very hot during the night. I overall enjoyed the stay but it is really expensive for what it is. They should at least be honest in their listings……..
