Not the best spot to stay. Best kitchen I’ve seen at a hostel. Many travelers to meet. But it’s a long hot hike up an ugly desolate road, and the heat only gets worse when you enter your room. There’s no windows so you can hear everyone outside and vice versa. We found a bed bug after getting bit during the night. Not worth the long hike up or the heat.

Just to manage expectations based on some of the other reviews here - it’s a pretty basic hostel 10 mins walk from the town. There was no hot water and you couldn’t lock the doors to your rooms which for me was a problem. Otherwise, it was pretty cheap and felt safe and the staff were helpful and friendly.
