We envisioned this property located within a short walking distance of Malaga's City Centre to be a space for future living. In Parras 7 you’ll find your home, surrounded by the most fascinating museums.

We envision the 15 spacious apartments in different size and concepts all designed in a bohemian style, with multiple private and shared spaces, combining the luxury of the best hotels and the warmth of a home. Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

24 hours reception.:
A day prior to your arrival you will receive by email a link to complete an online check in form. After doing that you will receive an email explaining how to check in to your apartment with your exact unique code to enter the apartment and the building.
Alternatively, we have 24 hours reception at Calle Beatas 20 which is few minutes walk from Coeo Parras Apartments.

Minors without parental or guardian supervision are not permitted to stay.
