RESERVATION POLICY
• In order to confirm reservation, 50% deposit must be paid at the moment of booking. This will be subject to cancellation policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations made 7 days before arrival, full refund will be issued.
• If canceling 6 days before arrival, the 50% deposit won't be subject to refund.
• If the reservation turns to be a "No Show", the reservation will be charged in full.

Check-in from 15:00 to 23:00
Check-out before 12:00

*Payment upon arrival by: Cash (Mexican peso, USD or EURO) Credit/Debit card (Visa or Mastercard), or Paypal
*Please note that all our private rooms have a double bed, not two single beds, with the exception of Room Contoy.
*We do not accept customers younger than 18 years old.
*Wi-Fi is free and available.
*Taxes not included - 16% VAT & 3% Environmental tax
*No curfew
*Non smoking rooms
*No pets allowed

**A guarantee deposit of $50 USD will be charged at the time of check-in for all reservations. In the case of any damages/theft of the room, the deposit will be retained. If the damage/theft is greater than the amount of the deposit, the guest will be required to pay the total amount of the repair/replacement. This deposit is 100% refundable in the case there is no damage/theft of the room.
