Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 20:00 .
Check out at 10:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.

Reception hours 08:00 a 20:00.

— No bags or personal items will be stored after check-out. Get organized to carry your belongings
— Commit to lock 24 hours a day, doors, windows and curtains of the located unit, and of the street gate of the complex.
Please do not force padlocks or locks
— Do not eat or smoke on sheets, padding and covers. If an improper use of white goods is verified, as well as
of towels, bath towels, a fine of two thousand ($2000) will be charged per garment
—No own or other pets are allowed
— Smoking is only allowed on the patios. Do not throw cigarette butts or ashes on the plants or on the floor
— Rationalize the use of services (water, gas, electricity) and amenities (cleaning items and personal hygiene)
— Rationalize the use of air conditioning, using in the first instance the natural ventilation of the windows. In
summer, keep the air conditioning set at 24 degrees, Cold mode. Close doors, windows and curtains
environments to accelerate and keep the place cold, and to prevent the entry of heat by solar radiation
— Rationalize the use of heating. Do not heat with air conditioning, keep warm and close the doors and
the windows of the rooms where you are not present to speed up and keep the place warm
— Carefully read the instructions for each appliance, especially the washing machine, iron and air conditioner
— Check that the burners, oven and air conditioner are off and that the curtains are closed before leaving
— Take out the garbage daily between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Bag loose items, such as bottles. do not accumulate
garbage bags inside the accommodation or in the corridor
— Avoid loud or disturbing noises after 10:00 p.m. especially in the yards
— The use of any element by babies and children must be supervised by an adult, who must
assume responsibility for the creature and the goods
— Take care of the plants and treat them with care. Your prudent watering is greatly appreciated
— In case of breakage or loss of keys to the establishment, a fine of up to four thousand pesos ($4,000) will be charged.
