Terms & Conditions:
1) Check in from 14:00 -18.00 only (please inform us in advance if you will arrive late, otherwise we will cancel your reservation and resell the bed)
2) Check out Before 11:00
3) Payment on Arrival: Cash only.
4) Cancellation or amendment must be made 1 day in advance prior to arrival.
5) Breakfast is not included
6) NO smoking in Room, but have smoking area
7) Our property has FAN only - no air-con in any room. Please make sure before making a reservation.

We sent an email saying we would be arriving at 8:30, latest check in time was 9. No sign out front a hole in a fence. Many missed calls to the owner she eventually showed up.
Only other people we saw at the hostel were a couple also stranded checking in. They got sent to another hostel for an "overbooking"
The bed is what westerners refer to as a box spring, so loud. There's a random dirty mattress outside. Bring your own soap and toilet paper, they supply the ants though.

It is a very cute little hostel nestled in the heart of pai. Locals come past and it makes you feel very involved. There is an exceptional view of the white Buddha statue (probably the only one in central pai) from the hammocks.
Last but not least the owner Ann is lovely, and accommodating, and very fun. You will love any time you spend here!
