Safe with clean sheets and convenient check-in/out. The way air flows, the entire restroom and sleeping area smells like cigarette smoke.

At check-in, staff not always onsite or visible. No problem, unless you must pay/settle balance.
Fantastic location for Chinatown or Motomachi shopping. Common area smells a bit funny, open areas allow voice to travel, fridge needs cleaning. Drinking water dispenser not always working. Stayed 3+ nights, same problems.
