Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation 2 days before arrival day, we will consider a one-night penalty and it will be charged in the system.

In case of a no-show, we will consider 100% of the total amount of the booking as a no-show penalty.

Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled free of charge and the whole amount will be charged in the system.

Please note that for bookings made on Standard Rates; you will be charged a pre-authorization on the credit card and the remaining amount will be taken from your credit card, and in case of cancellation on time up to 3 days before your arrival date; we will refund the charged amount accordingly.

Please note that for bookings made on Non-refundable Rates; we will charge the remaining amount from your credit card and in case of cancellation, it cannot be refunded based on the policy.
