We welcome all! Tourists, Backpackers, Overlanders and other travelers who are looking for simplicity and comfort in a warm, friendly and natural environment.

We're only 6 minutes from the center of Fort Portal, so you have easy access to everything the city has to offer, though our grounds are peaceful and serene... the perfect balance.

We offer 3 Dorm rooms. Expert advice on how to get the best out of Western Uganda, including great value trips to National Parks and other areas of outstanding natural beauty. A fantastic restaurant offering home cooked food. A range of games and other activities, as well as special events venue.

Kalitusi Backpackers Hostel and Campsite - Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash.

Taxes included.
Breakfast included.

General:
Reception 10:00 to 21:00.
No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.
Smoking is not allowed inside the building. It is only allowed in the designed smoking areas.
The quiet hours at the Hostel are 23.00 onwards.
Only the Hostel's Guests are allowed to enter the rooms and use the facilities.
