Fin Soul House

We are sharing: stories, good times, art, surf, music, and culture. We open the door of our house to exchange experiences with everyone, to be the home of good hearts. As permanent residents, we have Pam and Taz, who is our pet.

Our house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating, in addition to permanent residents, 20 people. We will not tolerate prejudice and/or discrimination of any kind, welcome to start a story with us :)

Fin Soul House Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 22:00 .
Check out from 00:00 to 10:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
Taxes included.
Breakfast included.

General:

Reception: from 07:00 to 22:00

No curfew.

We do not tolerate prejudice and/or discrimination against anyone.

Be free without disrespecting others. Nudism cannot.

Unnatural drugs and firearms are prohibited.

Don't feed Taz.

We recycle and compost. Remember to discard the correct location. Ate, soiled, washed.

Respect night rest hours.

Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Visitors only in common areas. Consume only beers of the house, the other drinks are released. Remember us let us know your favorite label so we can keep it cold for you.

We do not provide parking and/or room services.

Maximum stay of 30 days. Check-out is until 11 am. Check-in 2 pm.

Take care of the objects in the house. We have bikes for rent.

Breakdowns and/or losses shall be reimbursable by the holder.

We have reserved a special bed for you. Changes will depend on approval and availability.

We are not responsible for food, drinks, and belongings left in shared areas. Every Monday the inputs that are not consumed will be destined for the 'all' and shared with the other guests.

Objects left at the hostel, after check-out, and not requested in 7 days, will be donated.

Breakfast will be served from 7:30 am to 9:30 a.m.

By staying, you declare that you have read, understand, and agree to the house rules.
Infringements are subject to a fine of 200 brl, losses, damage, and expulsion.
