Well when I was here there were complications with the front door not actually closing which was concerning to me but really BSB is a very safe city anyways. The receptionist was very rarely at the front desk which made a constant headache for newly arrived guests outside of those hours. Plus they have only 1 bathroom for the place!

Hostel is in a great location and the price is very reasonable, the internet is good and theres a water dispenser. Beyond that this hostel leaves alot to be desired. There is rarely anyone on staff and when there was a staff member there I didn't find her particularly friendly or helpful. There is only one bathroom in the whole hostel, the beds are creaky, the mattresses are cheap and the blankets are too small. The fridge stank like fish the whole time and the coffee was never restocked. Overall - pretty m

The location is great for exploring the main sights in the city, and the staff is very helpful. However, it is slightly inconvenient that there is just one shared bathroom for all the guests.
