The receptionist/manager was by far the most disgusting vile man iv come across in a long time he’s Arabic and his English and Italian was poor but he managed to shout at me I was homeless even though I own a home in England because I had cracked sore hands and worn out clothes after making my way to Milan for 1 night after a month at a animal rescue farm in spigno monferreto northern Italy the look he gave me was vile and if I was a homeless that’s wrong also mouldy dirty dusty place
