Apple Tree Hospitality located in Pune's most cosmopolitan and bustling area Koregaon Park, in a stand alone building in Lane no 5 surrounded by well know cafes, bars and eateries, close proximity to Osho commune (1.5kms) and Magarpatta/Eon IT park (5kms), railway station (4kms) airport (4kms).

Neighbourhood description : Eateries, bars, boutiques and most of all the greenery.
Getting around : My place is located nearby Burger Barn cafe you can search it on maps.

If you require Iron and hairdryer then its kept in the common kitchen area. You can ask the security guard and he will get it for you.
Please read the following instructions before confirming the booking.
1. We have a no guest policy at our apartment
2. We do not allow smoking in our rooms.
3. We do not allow local Unmarried couples in our apartment.
Switch off all lights and electronic gadgets while leaving your apartment.
4. Please do not play any loud music on terrace which might disturb our neighbors.
5. All necessary cutlery and crockery are kept in the common kitchen cabinet.
6. You do not need to wash any crockery or cutlery after using them as my housekeeping maid will clean them daily between 10am and 12noon.
7. Guest has to provide a photo of identity proof (PAN CARD NOT VALID) with address mentioned on it on the email id provided by the host before checking in the apartment/farmhouse/bungalow.
8. The management has a strict no guest policy at our apartment/farmhouse/bungalow unless prior permission has been obtained.
9. The management is not responsible for any loss of belongings of the guests.
10. No smoking indoors and strictly no drugs.
11.Turn off lights, fans; close the taps when not in use.
12. Keep volumes low so that others in the vicinity have a peaceful stay too.
13. Please close all windows and doors when you leave the property.
14. Promptly let your host know if anything can be done to make your stay better.
15. If a guest brings more than the max occupancy as mentioned in the listing, then they have to pay for the extra guest as applicable.
16. If you damage something, please let us know & arrange for its replacement/repair.
17. Check-out time 11 am.
18. Kindly clear all the dues before check-out.
19. Leave our home neat & tidy.
