Pros: very clean!! Great bunks with privacy curtains. Very helpful staff. On a beautiful street. Key card entrance is convenient. A great quiet place to stay.
Cons: no real kitchen. No sink or fridge I think. Only a microwave. Timers turn off lights in all areas WAY too soon. The lights will go out during a shower, while using the toilet. It’s very irritating. Got a little warm at night- there is no AC/fans. Windows open are fine but then bugs can fly in.

very good location for visiting Santander. The female dorm was in a quite small room but once inside the bed cabin it was ok. Spaces in general clean, as well as the bedsheets and towels. The facilities are pretty new. Online check-in was very easy. There is no common space so it is more a place just to go to sleep and not to hang out with other travellers.
