Stayed 2 times, very satisfied and satisfied with all services. The plus point is that the hotel is right in the center, so you can move to the rows, streets, lakes, walk everywhere, no taxi or grab fees.

front reception often unattended. came off a night bus at 6am and had booked the night before so i could checkin and go straight to sleep; the checkin took aages though. i their computers are 20 years old or something. bed had some weird plastic sheet with a slippery like texture. moved after 1 night
