Had the best stay! Helen and Phong are so welcoming and the managers Viet and Thuy Anh are so lovely! They are all so helpful with anything you need :)) Quang and Ha host such fun karaoke and always get the party started with free shots! And the bar staff really are the best ☺ï¸

Had a fantastic stay at Mad Monkey Hanoi! The facilities are incredibly comfortable, the events are super fun (shout out to Quang and Ha for karaoke), and the staff is just lovely! The managers, Viet and Thuy Anh, were nice and very understanding with my late check out. The reception staff both during the day and the night were there to help with anything (thank you Helen and Phong!). The bar team is also incredible, the coffee from Mr. Bin was the best and he is always up for a handgrenade 🤣

The staff at mad monkey hanoi really made this the best stay ive had! All of them are so friendly, helpful and super fun. Shout out to thanh and phouc at recpetion for all their help, the amazing managers viet and thuy anh, bar staff are the best and ha and quang host the best evenings!!
