Location and security is great, nice to have your own keycard with 24 hr access for late nights. Great amenities like free laundry, showers, lockers, kitchen, and a beautiful rooftop terrace. The common space is very clean but the rooms are less so and very cluttered with little space. Fresh bedding provided but my mattress/bunk was not clean, found a used Band-Aid in bed 27. Front desk staff availability was sparse and not always available. Check out details could be more clear, thanks!

This is one of the worst hostels i have stayed in my life. It was literally like a labor camp in the sub developing countries. I get the idea of hostel stay but me and my friend had to stay in the narrowest corner in between the ground and first floor (I believe, it is supposed to be a place to keep unused things). Where we literally felt suffocated, hot and humid. It was literally like an entrapment. When we booked this place they have not shown thier dormitory photos in the ad. I hv more 2 say

This hostel has the potential to be great. Overall, my stay was fine - the location in Mile End is good and the staff are friendly. However, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The bathroom toilet didn't have a seat and the soap was low one day of my stay. The rooms are pretty small, which can't be helped, but one of the racks was broken and not secure on the wall. You also have to make and strip your own bed.
Not a bad stay, and with some adjustments, this could be a great place!
