Our excellent communal facilities include several communal areas to relax in, plus a roaring log fire, pool table, reading area, balcony, and movie room. We're on hand to help you make the most of your time in Queenstown including tips and ideas of what to do in the area.
Our Front Desk hours are 9 am to 10 pm.
Check-in is from 2 pm onwards.
If you are arriving earlier you're welcome to store your luggage and hang out with us in our communal areas. Free WiFi throughout the lodge! We recommend booking the night prior if you are arriving in the early morning, please check availability and amend your booking online.
If you are arriving after our Front Desk is closed, no problem! We have a Night Manager who will be here to help you, just call us at 021639796 for your late check-in.
We do offer luggage storage (free of charge) on site, please ask our friendly staff at the hostel.
Our hostel is strictly non-smoking.
The guest can cancel free of charge until 48 hours before 2 pm on the day of check-in.

Very good location. Great to walk into town in the mornings. The staff were great and Chloe behind the desk was super cool and friendly. She pointed me in the right direction of things to do.

My friend and and I (both female) found a pair of mens underwear behind the curtain of our private room. It was also extremely loud at night with people stomping past the rooms all night.

Felt very secured, lot of bathrooms, big kitchen and lounge areas(tv room, games room). right in front of the lake, so great view. downside is the walk to central which could be annoying if you plan to go skiing in the early morning. Kitchen area is very big, lot of people chatting/cooking still even overnight so felt a bit lively. The rooms seems sound resistant too from kitchen noises which was a plus
