My accommodation is in the middle of Phuket town, level 10 location (2 minutes walk to the old town.)

1. Cancellation policy: At least 2 days advance notice for free cancellation.
2. Check in from 14:00 to 24:00.
3. Check out before 12:00 noon.
4. Payment upon arrival by cash and Card.
5. NO smoking in Room, but have smoking area.
6. Age restriction: 18+.
7. Reception working hours 07:00-24:00.

The person working on reception was really nice and helpful, thankyou! The hostel itself was great. My only negative is that the breakfast didn't have a vegetarian option, only chicken.

Nice location, close to the Sunday walking street market. All beds are in one long room, air con is okay, helps to have a personal room fan but is very loud. Top bunk was very high up & getting up and down didn’t feel massively safe.
