we really enjoyed our stay here! its a bit more expensive but definitely worth it. we unfortunately had a power cut which meant the AC turned off, but this only lasted a few hours so it was tolerable. the staff were really friendly and helpful and its right above a 7/11 which is great. the only downside is the pool is so brown and murky we couldnt swim in it. otherwise it was very clean and spacious.

I went to swim in the pool and the water was murky, you could barely see to the bottom of the pool, I do a lot of swimming as I am member of Australian Masters and various other swimming clubs, it looked like the chlorine hadn't been checked for some time.

The hostel is a totally fine hostel, but Patong was just not my vibe and sometimes I didn’t feel entirely comfortable around the other guests in my room. Would recommend girls to stay in an all girls room.
