They only had enough breakfast for SOME of their paying guests, others were left with nothing. Very unfair and extremely disappointing.

I enjoyed staying here. It’s in a great spot for enjoying uptown and Central Park. The E train doesn’t run at night so just pray are for that as I had to Uber back one night

Great location right in the middle of the city. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The facility itself is poorly maintained, which compromises security. Every lock between the front door and my dorm bed was broken, the door to the bathroom didn't close properly and the sink and toilet backed up.
